Lavpra ("we", "us", "our") is a digital agency based in Scotland. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data in line with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
1. What data we collect
When you submit our contact form we collect: your name, email address, phone number (optional), the service you're interested in, your budget range (optional) and the message you send us. We do not collect payment data on this site.
2. Why we collect it
We use your information solely to respond to your enquiry and to deliver the services you request. The lawful basis is your consent (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(a)) and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (Article 6(1)(f)).
3. How long we keep it
Enquiry data is kept for a maximum of 2 years from the date you contacted us, after which it is permanently deleted. Client project data is retained for the duration of the engagement plus 6 years for tax and contractual records, as required by UK law.
4. Who we share it with
We never sell your data. We do not share it with any third party for marketing purposes. Limited operational processors (hosting and email providers) may handle your data on our behalf under strict GDPR-compliant contracts.
5. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to: access your data, request correction, request deletion ("right to be forgotten"), restrict or object to processing, and data portability. To exercise any right, email services@lavpra.com — we'll respond within 30 days.
6. Cookies
We use a small number of cookies grouped into three categories:
- Necessary — required for the site to function (e.g. saving your cookie preference). Always on.

- Marketing — used to measure campaign effectiveness. Only enabled with your consent.
Your preference is stored for 12 months. You can change it at any time by clearing your browser storage for this site.
